Our Virtual Care Management services provide you with the care, guidance and advice you need, no matter what your circumstance or location.
Our virtual services use telephone and video to connect you to an RN Life Care Advocates Manager. Through video conferencing, you are able to see, hear, and talk to your care manager, just like a face-to-face appointment. You can also have a family member, care provider or friend with you during your appointment.
During a Virtual Care Management appointment, you will sit in front of the camera on your computer or smartphone and be able to see yourself and your care manager on the screen. Your care manager will work with you to provide the quality of care you would receive during an in-person appointment.
Just like an in-person appointment, your Virtual Care Management appointment is private and confidential.
How to Start Your Virtual Care Management Appointment

Open your confirmation email from RN Life Care Advocates where you will find an invitation to ZOOM.

Click on the link in your email to join the meeting.

You will have a choice to select the phone or computer audio to participate.
